In the past decades schools, neighborhoods, and communities extended and enhanced positive development and help young people surpass their daily struggles.

Seemingly, those strongholds have dissolved due to a multitude of reasons, namely, budget cuts and a growing sense of apathy for the at-risk youth.?

FCCM serves the community as a way to bridge the gap between the community support and reaching both youth development.
